In an era of wave pools and shortboard progression, it’s nice to see a contest take a step back to honor classic longboarding and surfing’s roots. HippyTree was stoked to be one of the sponsors for the 2nd installment of the Hermosa Beach Hotdogger Championship presented by Subaru Pacific and organized by Ed Solt and Sean O’Brien. Though it was your typical South Bay shore pound there were still plenty of good vibes and tip time to be had.
