Global Surf Industries announced today that the CEO and Founder Mark Kelly has taken full ownership of the company.

“This transaction ensures that the core values of GSI will remain intact and that the company’s focus on creating great products, providing great service and ensuring that there is a real ease of doing business with GSI will always be paramount.”

“It is a very exciting time for myself and everyone at Global Surf Industries, this change in the ownership will allow our complete attention to be given to developing the business for the long term,” said Kelly.
