Owners of The Modern Technocracy ™, manufacturers of unique, patented, professional grade mounts and accessories for live-action photographers and videographers, successfully exceeded their fundraising goal, with Dark Horse Pros, which ended June 3rd. Products will go into production immediately, and start shipping mid-July.

While MT mounts have already been researched and developed by dozens of the world’s best athletes and POV users, they were tested in one of the biggest stunts over the Great Wall of China by MT ambassador Jeb Corliss just last week, after already exceeding the fundraising goal. Corliss, a professional wingsuit pilot, jumped from a helicopter 6,000 feet above ground, flying at 120 mph to soar headfirst into a target suspended above the Great Wall of China, capturing everything with his MT mount attached to a GoPro camera.
“Ensuring my camera wasn’t going to fall off, break, and could withstand speed while capturing a stunning angle was crucial,” said Corliss. “Over the years, I’ve lost eight cameras trying to get shots while I was flying. Since using MT mounts, I have not lost a single camera.”

The patented design of the MT system allows for 360-degree rotation and the ability to attach multiple capture devices to one mount, affording nearly endless capabilities. The articulating modular aspect of the device lets users build new custom mounts while still being able to position the camera however they please using the pivot-style design.
