In the wake of the devastating fires in Ventura that affected thousands of residents, Quiksilver and Iron and Resin teamed up to help those in need of clothing and support. Today Quiksilver dropped off 25 boxes of clothing to the Iron and Resin store in Ventura.
“Partnering with Iron and Resin was great. They are an amazing brand with a heart for Ventura. My brother-in-law, Brent Van Auken, works there and he and his wife were evacuated and had to deal with a real close call so it made it even more special. Not to mention our super rep Chris Darrah who is based in Ventura had a close call as well” said Quiksilver Sales VP Mike Reilly.
“Ventura has been through a lot and it is awesome to see our friends at Quiksilver donate so much rad stuff to our evacuation center. We have a relief center at our store in Ventura and there is a lot of activity happening. Its all about helping our brothers and sisters in Ventura,” says Brent Van Auken from Iron and Resin.
