SLOWTIDE launches Explorer’s Press “Another Day in Paradise” collaboration woven towel.

SLOWTIDE and Explorer’s Press have teamed up to create an exclusive premium woven towel – check out the video here to see owner and creator Brendan Megannety’s take on inspiration, hardship, and the definition of paradise.

Brendan Megannety, a West Coast native, draws inspiration from vintage souvenirs, bad graffiti, and hand painted signage. His accessory and soft goods brand Explorer’s Press has been operating since 2012, and has been featured in GQ, Teen Vogue, Nylon, Sweet, and V magazine among other publications. The brand centers around exploration and adventure, both inside and out of the city.  Faced with adversity in his mid 20’s in the form of a cancer diagnosis, he was forced to evaluate what keeps him feeling creative, happy, and healthy. For Brendan, paradise isn’t a place, but a state of mind.
