Slowtide is launched by industry veterans Kyle Spencer, Wylie Von Tempski & Dario Phillips.

We’re proud to announce the launch of Slowtide, a line of premium art based beach towels. Inspired by all bodies of water and our love for art; we’ve dyed fabrics, mixed paints, manipulated pixels, collaborated with artists and photographers to create our debut collection. We’ve chosen a few select retailers to offer our first collection to. Aloha Beach Club, Thalia Surf and General Admission are a few of the retailers that we’ve already partnered with. Slowtide was founded by action sports industry veterans Kyle Spencer, Wylie Von Tempski and Dario Phillips. Our backgrounds consist of creative directors, graphic artists and marketing directors for companies like Quiksilver, Hurley, Nike, Billabong, What Youth, Huf and others. Based in Hawaii and California, Slowtide is a melting pot of the minds and ties together our sentiment for the water and art.

Our collection launch event is on Friday October 23rd at General Admission in Venice Beach.  Art from our holiday artist collaboration Tyler Spangler will be on display along with some tasty beverages.
