Tavik hires Jillian Leeman as Women's Sales Director

TAVIK HIRES JILLIAN LEEMAN AS WOMEN’S SALES DIRECTOR
 
Orange County, CA – September 18, 2015 – Established industry professional, Jillian Leeman, has been appointed as TAVIK Women’s Sales Director. Leeman is joining the recently expanded TAVIK sales team with 15 years of experience providing professional sales and marketing expertise along with industry insight and extensive knowledge of the key markets.

Prior to TAVIK, Leeman served as Director of Sales at Neff Headwear for over two years where she led the brand’s expansion into new distribution channels, with an emphasis on the Women’s Headwear and Youth programs that grew exponentially in 2015 and will continue into 2016. Leeman also spearheaded and launched the Neff and PacSun collaboration with vocal artist and style icon, Jhené Aiko, as she notes as one of her most memorable endeavors.
 
With an evident passion for what she does, Leeman has established strong account relationships throughout her career which also included long term roles at Paul Frank Industries and Volcom.  While at Volcom, Leeman served as National Sales Manager for nearly six years, and comes to the TAVIK team with the skillset to drive the Women’s category and sales strategy.
 
“I’m really looking forward to combining my previous experience and working with a group of passionate, talented and like-minded people,” said Leeman. “I’ve been a fan of TAVIK for quite some time now and couldn’t be happier to be joining the team.”
 
Leading the Women’s U.S. Sales team, Leeman will strengthen and develop the Women’s sales strategy, direction, distribution, product planning and forecasting. Creating a preeminent synergy with Design and Marketing, Leeman plans to drive brand awareness and streamline wholesale and retail initiatives to support the newly expanded sales team.
 
“It’s an exciting time for the brand and I feel extremely lucky for the opportunity to help expand and grow the Women’s division,” Leeman added.
 
TAVIK Women’s will launch their Après Beach brand campaign at the start of the 2016 seasons with a focus on their signature day to night apparel and swimwear collections.
