The O’Neill Women’s marketing team took on the opportunity to sponsor the Cuervo Classic Malibu Longboard Championships last week. A BIG thank you to everyone who came down to support Honolua and Sophia and check out the action.
We had two women’s athletes fighting for World Titles and a lot of excitement behind the scenes each day.
Sophia Culhane ended up finishing 2nd place at the event and 3rd in the World for the 2022 season. At just 16, she has a bright future ahead!
Honolua Blomfield had a quarterfinals finish and rounded out the season in 4th for the year! We have no doubt she’ll come back next season looking forward to a 4th World Title opportunity.
Apart from the contest, we hosted the Merchandise & Design team at our Malibu dream home and held an influencer brunch/seeding activation on finals day.
