Dickies, one of the world’s leading workwear brands, is kicking off the new year with the addition of new talent on their marketing leadership team. When Sarah Crockett was appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer last year, she committed to building the brand’s marketing team to help enable Dickies strategic growth vision. Coming off the tail end of their centennial celebration, the brand is ushering in diverse talent throughout the organization as they embark on the next 100 years.

Troy Kerr began his journey with Dickies in the beginning of December. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Purpose, and Integrations, Troy leads the strategic initiatives related to building community and making a meaningful impact in the world. Erin Rountree joins the brand as the new Director of Brand Marketing for Work Inspired. Erin will be leading the strategy for Dickies’ lifestyle category, a key category for brand which drafts off the brand’s workwear roots, but interpreted for a more lifestyle community. She will be the driving force behind shaping how the diverse consumer landscape experiences the brand in a unique and tangible way through the execution of global marketing initiatives.

Kyle Martin hits the ground running as the new Director of Brand Marketing for Work in January as well. Workwear has been at the core of Dickies since the company began in 1922 and this position is vital for the continued elevation and success of the primary business segment. Growing up in the shadows of his engineer and contractor father, Kyle is no stranger to working with his hands and bringing a concept to life through hard work. He is stoked to bring that same energy to expanding the workwear category.

Ryan Stephens has been tapped as the new Senior Art Director on the creative side of the marketing team. In partnership with Matt Lambert, Senior Director of Global Creative, Ryan will be the mastermind behind executing the global marketing strategy in all content production. Innovative and disruptive, he will effortlessly leverage the power of visual storytelling to bring the brand strategy to life through creative marketing initiatives that connect with consumers everywhere.

In addition to Marketing new hires, Dickies is building up its Direct to Consumer organization, with the addition of Kizzy Ezirio as the Director of Digital Content and Experience, reporting into Bram Hutchinson, VP of Dickies’ Direct to Consumer organization. Ready to roll up her sleeves, Kizzy will dive straight into elevating the consumer experience on Dickies.com and accelerating our e-commerce channel growth.

As Dickies continues to champion the passion, pride and power of work, consumers will undoubtedly experience the brand like never before through upcoming collaborations, the continuation of Dickies Blank Canvas, and the innovative moves the brand will make in 2023.
