Justin Bones has been named Senior Director of Global Growth and Performance Marketing at Dickies. In this leadership role, Justin will oversee all aspects of North America marketing vision, strategy, planning and execution for new customer acquisition and retention. He will also guide Europe, Middle East, and Africa as well as Asia Pacific regions with vision and direction to achieve consumer growth plans globally for Dickies.
Justin will report to Sarah Crockett, Dickies Global Chief Marketing Officer and will be a critical leader in driving the Dickies.com business in partnership with the e-commerce team. Justin will oversee the paid media, organic social, performance marketing, CRM, and channel strategy teams as well.
Justin has spent the last 15-years in the digital retail space in both large and small organizations across both brand and agency disciplines. In Justin’s previous role as SVP of Direct to Consumer at Herschel Supply Company he spent seven years leading Global e-comm, Amazon, digital marketing, China marketplace, and the customer service teams. Justin also spent several years managing digital media at Lululemon Athletica.
Hailing from the Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Justin has lived in a handful of major cities around the world, but now resides in the coastal mountain town of Squamish, British Columbia, where he will continue to be based.
