With two decades of independent, mountain-raised heritage, Flylow is announcing the launch of its 20th Anniversary GORE-TEX Collection, a watershed moment for the brand and its fans around the globe.
The 20th Anniversary Collection marks a major milestone: Flylow’s first use of the acclaimed GORE‑TEX fabric lineup. The brand is integrating GORE’s new PFAS-free, reduced-carbon footprint fabric into select jackets, bibs and pants.
Four of Flylow’s most trusted styles – Baker Bib, Siren Bib, Compound Pant and Lab Coat will be offered in 3-layer GORE-TEX for extreme storm performance. The Dante Jacket and Freya Jacket, both lightly insulated resort favorites, will be offered in 2L GORE-TEX construction.
“We’ve always strived to make the best pants and bibs in the market. Gore wanted their fabric in our bibs and we wanted their fabric in our bibs, and so kind of like chocolate and peanut butter, we’ve got a pretty sweet product coming out this year,” said Dan Abrams, Flylow cofounder.
Two decades ago, Flylow set out with humble beginnings – a black soft-shell jacket and a pair of over-built ski pants called the Cactus Pant. That scrappy start has evolved into a full-fledged technical line of outerwear, built by skiers and snowboarders for skiers and snowboarders, staying true to the brand’s independent roots.
“Our new collection for Winter 2026 is more comprehensive and more ambitious than ever,” said Flylow cofounder Dan Abrams. “We’re using all the knowledge we’ve gained from the past 20 years to make gear you’ll use regularly and rely on in all conditions.”
Flylow’s new GORE-TEX Lab Coat and Compound Pant have already earned high praise: They were named Editor’s Choice in Backcountry Magazine’s 2025 Gear Guide, the result of an extended, real-life field test reflecting a consensus among multiple expert users.
Crafted with 100% recycled materials, PFAS-free laminates and certification by Bluesign® and OEKO-Tex®, this collection underscores Flylow’s commitment to environmental responsibility without sacrificing durability.
More New Releases in the Line
Beyond the GORE-TEX pieces, Winter 2026 brings a host of updates and expansions:
- A broadened youth collection, including youth versions of the Chemical Pant and General’s Down Jacket.
- Fresh fleece-based pieces, like the Irwin Fleece Shirt, Boone Fleece and Figgie Bib—highlighting Flylow’s relaxed, lounge ethos as well as mountain-ready technical chops.
- Refreshed fits and fabric updates across legacy styles: Stash Bib gains stretch fabric; the Magnum Pant is rebuilt in a tougher 3-layer “Surface” fabric; the Donna Pant gets a modernized fit.
The 20th Anniversary collection is available now at flylowgear.com and through authorized retailers.
