Kade first burst onto the UCI World Cup Downhill racing scene in 2017 as a Junior, landing on the podium in six out of seven rounds as a rookie. He repeated this feat again in 2018 and added rainbow stripes to his resume that year by winning the UCI World Championships in Lenzerheide. In 2019, he graduated to the coveted Elite category in UCI Downhill – all while jumping into whip-offs, Air DH, Dual Slaloms and anything else he could sink his teeth into.
While he’s been getting up to speed in the Elite category, Kade has been “winning” practice at every World Cup, becoming one of the most watched riders in the sport over the last few years. This year will see Kade start a new journey away from full-time racing and he’s got plenty up his sleeve.
