This holiday, HUF proudly partners with It’s A Living—a.k.a. Ricardo Gonzalez—on a collaborative collection highlighting his signature “drip-script” letterform.
Originally from Durango, Mexico, and currently based in Brooklyn, NY, Gonzalez developed an early passion for hand-lettering as a calligraphist and graffiti-writer before advancing his career in graphic design under the pseudonym It’s A Living. Sharing similar roots in skate and graffiti culture—and friend of the brand by way of HUF-ambassador Haroshi—Gonzalez has also hand-painted 10 limited-edition cruiser decks featuring HUF’s “Downhill From Here” slogan, offered exclusively at the brand’s online store.
Highlights from the collection include the Downhill Tie Dye Tee inspired by Gonzalez’s signature gradient work and color blending and the monochromatic embroidered pullover hoodie.
The HUF x It’s A Living collection is now available at HUF LA and HUF Brooklyn stores as well as online.
