La Jolla Group, a leader in premium lifestyle and action sports apparel, is pleased to announce three significant additions to its leadership team as the company positions for stable and sustainable growth across its portfolio of brands, including O’Neill, PSD Underwear, Mountain Khakis, Sol Angeles, Voyager Goods, Hang Ten, and the recently signed Lightning Bolt. Joining the organization is Nathan Boroff as Chief Financial Officer, David Kranz as Vice President of Growth & Partnerships, and Ted Bramble as Creative Director.
Nathan Boroff joins as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him extensive financial leadership experience across consumer brands and operational infrastructure. Nathan will oversee Finance, Accounting, IT, and Demand Planning across all La Jolla Group business units. He reports directly to Daniel Neukomm, CEO, and will play a key role in building on the systems, data governance, and financial strategy needed to scale efficiently and sustainably.
Also joining the company is David Kranz, who steps into the newly created role of Vice President of Growth & Partnerships, reporting to Jeremy Hale, Chief Commercial Officer. Kranz brings a rare blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strategic account leadership and will lead Key Accounts, Major Retailers, Department Stores, plus Value Channel SMU Programs, helping to strengthen LJG’s wholesale partnerships while enhancing commercial rigor and partnerships across the portfolio.
LJG also welcomes Ted Bramble as Creative Director, bringing a world-class creative track record with over two decades of experience building premium brands across entertainment, fashion, and digital media. Bramble has led creative strategy at some of the world’s most influential brands including Netflix, Mattel, Sony, and Warner Bros Discovery. At LJG, he will oversee the company’s creative identity across its portfolio, helping drive elevated campaigns and consistent consumer connection. His deep experience across product storytelling, performance marketing, and experiential activations uniquely position him to lead the next evolution of the Group’s creative output.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Nathan, David, and Ted to the team,” said Daniel Neukomm, CEO of La Jolla Group. “As we continue to invest in the next phase of our growth, these leadership additions bring the exact combination of creativity, commercial discipline, and operational strength we need to support our brands and partners. Together, they represent the next step in building a future-ready business.”
As part of this transition, La Jolla Group also extends deep gratitude to longtime executive Carrie Piccolini, who has moved on to her next chapter after more than 20 years of impactful service. Carrie played an instrumental role in building and evolving the O’Neill brand and its go-to-market strategy.
Looking ahead, La Jolla Group is actively hiring for two key roles supporting the O’Neill brand: a Director of Brand Marketing and a Brand Marketing Manager. These roles will drive seasonal campaigns, retail marketing support, social and event strategy, and overall brand storytelling. They represent a strategic investment in building premium consumer connections and advancing wholesale and DTC engagement.
“These leadership moves are a reflection of our belief in the power of great brands and great people,” added Jeremy Hale, Chief Commercial Officer. “As we deepen our focus across heritage and emerging brands alike, we’re committed to building a dynamic and collaborative team that’s ready to lead the next chapter of La Jolla Group.”
Despite ongoing industry headwinds, La Jolla Group remains confident in the long-term growth trajectory of the active and lifestyle apparel market. These leadership additions reflect our continued investment in building a scalable, modern platform that delivers lasting value for all stakeholders – our brand partners, retail accounts, consumers, and team members alike.
