Lowerleft Designs Ltd., Parent Company of gogglesoc, Acquires Phunkshun Wear

Lowerleft Designs Ltd., the parent company of gogglesoc, announced its acquisition of Phunkshun Wear, expanding its portfolio of purpose-driven outdoor brands rooted in sustainability, creativity, and a love for life outside.

The move brings together two brands that share a commitment to sustainable design and outdoor culture. gogglesoc, globally recognized for its recycled protective eyewear accessories, and Phunkshun Wear, known for its technical facewear built for comfort and performance, will operate side by side under the Lowerleft umbrella.

A refreshed brand direction for Phunkshun Wear is slated for FW26/27, featuring an all-new look and positioning. Beginning November 2025, the brand will begin collecting prebooks ahead of its relaunch, timed to build momentum leading into the 2025/26 winter season.
