Marsh Wear Clothing, the lowcountry-based lifestyle and outdoor brand designed for the pursuit of good times, is thrilled to announce the opening of its first brick and mortar location on Charleston’s historic King Street in tandem with the celebration of its 15-year anniversary. A company rooted in the Southeastern staples of hunting, fishing, and surfing, Marsh Wear apparel is built for those who seek out all the outdoors has to offer. This move marks the brand’s commitment to growth and community building both in and beyond its own backyard.
“This is a full-circle moment for all of us here at Marsh Wear. The brand was dreamt up and founded in the attic of a Folly Beach house,” said Marsh Wear President Logan Roberts, a 4th generation Charleston Waterman. “It is truly a fulfilling feeling to be opening our first retail doors in the heart of the shopping and historic district, a few blocks from where my grandfather grew up on Society Street. We’re grateful for every twist and turn of the journey so far, and look forward to the good times to come in the next fifteen years.”
Marsh Wear has nurtured their audience in the Southeast and grown their national presence through grassroots efforts, ambassador relationships, and local retail partners. On the product front, the brand has built on customer favorites, expanded its women’s style offerings, and collaborated with industry icons like Mossy Oak in recent years. With an emphasis on fostering community, Marsh Wear hosts a number of in-person events each year along with two annual fishing tournaments: The Holy City Tarpon Tournament each July, benefiting Captains for Clean Water, and the Lady Red Rendezvous in September, benefiting Charleston Waterkeeper.

Marsh Wear on King Street is located at 306 King Street, Charleston SC 29401. The store will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 6pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm.
