MiiR has collaborated with photographer Chris Burkard on a collection that just launched today.
The Halendid Collection features an aerial photo of glacial sediment running through a frozen landscape as seen from a small Cessna in the Icelandic Highland, taken by Burkard in 2015. Offered in a 12oz camp cup, 16oz tumbler and 32oz bottle, this collection is meant to encourage us to consider our relationship with wild places, while pursuing our daily routines.
$5 from each product will be donated to Outdoor Outreach, a nonprofit that connects youth to the transformative power of the outdoors.
Chris Burkard is an accomplished explorer and photographer. Traveling throughout the year to pursue the farthest expanses of Earth, Burkard works to capture stories that inspire humans to consider their relationship with nature, while promoting the preservation of wild places everywhere.
