Outerknown has officially launched their Fall/Winter 2023 collection and this season, the brand is proud to offer one of the largest selections of Regenerative Organic Certified® (ROC) products in the apparel industry. The Integration of Regenerative Organic Certified® cotton into the Outerknown collection is a groundbreaking move for the brand and their goal of being completely transparent about the process of making apparel while being wholly committed to sustainability and responsibility.
Regenerative Organic Certified means that a garment is made with organic cotton from farms working towards the highest standards of soil health and regard for animal welfare while improving the lives of workers. These practices aim to reduce farming’s impact on the environment. By supporting regenerative organic agriculture, Outerknown is actively contributing to the rejuvenation of land and fostering an environment where both nature and livestock can flourish harmoniously. All made in Peru at Bergman Rivera, every Outerknown ROC product is created from seed to finished garment all within a 500 mile radius.
Outerknown’s full Regenerative Organic Certified® collection can be found here.
Founded in 2015 by creative director John Moore and pro surfer Kelly Slater, Outerknown has a mission to not only craft beautiful, lasting wardrobe staples, but to protect natural resources, empower the people making their clothes, and inspire change within the industry and beyond.
Outerknown’s Fall/Winter 2023 line can be found here – men/women. Inspiration for the fall/winter collection comes from the notion of packing light and packing right, with pieces that not only stand up to the rigors of the outdoors, but also protect it. A few new products and colorways include the Chroma Blanket Shirt for women and men, the Blanket Jacket for women, the Westbound Utility Pants for women and Utilitarian Pants for men, the Station Jumpsuit for women and the Origin Shacket for men.
