Pacsun Now Offering Same-Day Delivery

Today, Pacsun announced that they are adding something special to their online shopping experience, just in time for the holidays, through the offering of same-day delivery. The convenient service will apply for orders placed by 3PM local time, and items will be delivered no later than 9PM local time the same day.

“As a digital-first brand, at Pacsun, we understand convenience is key, and we are always looking for more ways to make our customer experience more efficient, especially online,” said Mimi Ruiz, VP of eCommerce at Pacsun, “Refining our operations and offering same-day delivery not only allows us to satisfy our consumers needs more by fulfilling orders in real-time, but it will also decrease the probability for cart abandonment during the holidays.”

The retailer launched same-day delivery in 40 stores across 10 major US markets, including Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Seattle, D.C., Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, Miami and Philadelphia.

Though not all items will qualify for same-day delivery, customers can find eligible options on the product details page online by adding their address. When inventory is available at their closest participating retail location, the same-day delivery option will be presented at check out for $12.00.

Pacsun partnered with Delivery Solutions, the leading delivery orchestration software provider, to provide access to best-in-class same-day delivery providers like Uber and DoorDash. Delivery Solutions’ platform, enables Pacsun’s customers to have the ultimate convenience from pre-order to post purchase in their same-day delivery shopping journey.
