POC, the Swedish protection brand that has built a reputation on safety, performance and design, is enhancing its presence in and support of critical markets by updating its North American sales organization.
The central change is the promotion of Connal Grisley to take full leadership of the U.S. market. He previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager, covering Canada, the Pacific Northwest and New England.
This change will allow POC to put even more focus and energy into growing its brand and presence in the U.S. As explained by POC’s NA Sales Director, Chase Crane, “The U.S. market has been a fundamental part of our global success, and we want to keep the momentum going. Our objective in updating our current organization is to get even closer to the market, to play an even more significant role in supporting our retail partners and our consumers.”
Grisley will bring his extensive background and attention to the entire U.S. market to support POC’s global mission: to protect lives and reduce the consequences of accidents for athletes and anyone inspired to be one. With Grisley’s deep experience, POC will build on the high-quality service that U.S. retailers, digital and physical, have come to appreciate and expect.

Connal will oversee a dedicated team of U.S. sales representatives and agents, with his promotion taking effect immediately. With the transition, the Canadian market will be managed directly by Chase Crane to ensure continued exceptional support of that critical market
