The Make Maves. Move Mountains worldwide tour of 27 events spans from Southern California to Fukuoka to France; encouraging women to come together in the spirit of board riding, empowerment, and celebrating pure stoke. On August 4th, ROXY hosted the Make Waves. Move Mountains Tour stop at Huntington Beach. The event opened with morning beach yoga lead by Love Sweat Fitness (@lovesweatfitness), health and fitness guru, Katie Dunlop. The afternoon rounded out with attendees joining a beach cleanup organized in partnership with the Surfrider Foundation (www.surfrider.org), Attendees included ROXY athlete and pro surfer Bruna Schmitz, ROXY ambassador Meg Roh, ROXY athlete and competing surfer Vahine Fierro, accompanied by sisters Heimeti Fierro and Kohai Fierro. Additionally Barbara Brigido, Chloe Montoya and Lital Vardi joined to support the tour efforts.
