Rusty’s integrated, West Coast manufacturing capability has allowed for rapid production growth and now Rusty has taken the next step by hiring Matt Jones, as the new Director of Operations at Rusty Surfboards. As Director of Operations Matt will rethink and plan for the evolution of Rusty manufacturing and go to market strategy. Matt joins Rusty Surfboards with 25+ years of industry experience under his belt and a proven track record.

Matt joins the Rusty Surfboards team skilled in multi brand management, business development, sales strategy, national sales management, key account management, international sales, and territory sales.
