Vans Appoints Marissa Pardini as Global Chief Product & Merchandising Officer

Pardini, who most recently has served as VP & GM of The North Face Americas region, will step into her new role Dec. 1.

Vans, the original action sports brand and icon of creative exploration, today announced that Marissa Pardini, Vice President & General Manager of The North Face Americas region has been appointed as Chief Product & Merchandising Officer for Global Vans

Stepping into this role December 1, Marissa will continue to leverage her extensive background and expertise across the retail industry to lead global product – apparel and footwear as well Vans’ merchandising function as the brand looks to further its objective to be consumer-minded, retail-centric, and hyper-digital brand.

Initially joining Vans in 2010, Marissa played a fundamental role across a variety of roles and responsibilities including Vice President, DTC Merchandising where she was cornerstone in the brand’s ability to reach and exceed more than a billion dollars in DTC sales across a large fleet of multiple store formats. Marissa most recently has served as Vice President & General Manager of The North Face Americas region since 2020.
