The U.S. Department of Justice has publicly declared it is targeting individual corporate executives in their investigations and expects corporations that want to receive cooperation credit to identify those individuals for prosecution. This presentation will explore the details of the “Yates Memo,” which announced these DOJ goals as well as the impact it has already had in the business world, especially the pharmaceutical and health care context.
