Screen Shot 2019 11 26 at 3.25.11 PMAs we approach the end of 2019, I’d like to again take the opportunity to pass along some information on a great organization, Shelter Partnership. Shelter Partnership takes donations of consumer product items that include clothing, shoes, socks, toys and many other categories.

They distribute these items free of charge to more than 200 agencies serving homeless families, veterans, victims of domestic violence, older adults and foster youth according to their needs. As we all know, those needs, unfortunately, continue to be high given current economic conditions.

If you have any extra inventory that you’d like to consider donating, there is no better organization than Shelter Partnership. If you confer with your accountant, I’m sure that you’ll find that it’s also a great tax write-off!

If you have any questions, you can learn more on our website www.ShelterPartnership.org, or contact Ruth Schwartz, who can answer any questions directly.

Having been to their warehouse many times, I can tell you that it is a very secure facility and Ruth and her team do an outstanding job of making sure that donated products only end up in the hands of those who need it most. Donations are never sold or traded!

Hope that you and your family have a great Holiday Season, and an exceptional 2020!
