Palladium and Smiley Join Forces for a Special Collaboration

In celebration of their 70th anniversary, global footwear brand Palladium joins forces with Smiley—the world’s happiest brand—for their 45th anniversary to create a festival footwear collection in honor of both brands’ milestone this year. Through this partnership, both brands are bringing together the iconic elements of their worlds to celebrate their influence in music with this unique capsule.

The capsule features Palladium’s most iconic style, the Pampa Hi, a boot renowned for its military heritage that soon evolved to become the unofficial uniform for ravers in the music scene in the early 1990’s. With a 10oz cotton canvas upper and lining, the boot is emblazoned with the world famous Smiley icon in trademark yellow and black. The shoe also features a removable zip pocket that functions as a ‘Festival Survival Kit’ fanny pack, perfect for essentials such as a mini bottle opener, earplugs and stickers that will be included in the pack. The shoes will be available in two distinct colors, black and yellow.

Although the capsule is part of the FW17 collection, both color ways will retail for $115 and be available for pre-release online at www.palladiumboots.com and at better Palladium retailers starting in June 2017.
