Guests at SXSW came out to support the victims and the families affected by the tragedy Thursday morning by helping Vans raise $20,000 in donations to support the SXSW Cares Fund. All proceeds from yesterday’s sales at the Vans Village will go directly into the SXSW Cares Fund, which will be distributed to the victims and their families.
If you’re not in Austin, you can still donate to the fund. Visit Vans.com for the sale of the Vans Band Re-issues, your purchase will go directly to those affected by this tragedy. Additionally, you can visit the SXSW Cares Fund to donate. The funds will be disbursed to those most affected through a community-based process. Please donate at https://www.sxswcares.com.
