Net Sales Increased 23.0% to $40.2 Million; February 2012 Comparable Store Sales Increased 14.2%
EVERETT, WA, Feb 29, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) –Zumiez Inc. (NASDAQ: ZUMZ), a leading specialty retailer of action sports related apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories, today announced that total net sales for the four-week period ended February 25, 2012 increased 23.0% to $40.2 million, compared to $32.7 million for the four-week period ended February 26, 2011. The Company’s comparable store sales increased 14.2% for the four-week period on top of a comparable store sales increase of 12.8% in the year ago period.
