Mr. SNEEZE, editor-intern-chief of SNEEZE Magazine — the bicoastal, cross-border, large-format, skateboard-culture publication that low-key victoriously surpassed its 50th issue last fall — has coerced Vans Skateboarding into producing a suede Skate Chukka in three no-muss, no-fuss colors. Declared “the shoe for ’22” by Mr. SNEEZE himself, it’s meant to be “skated and destroyed” as any Chukka should. This attitude was drilled even further into the shoe through subtle design tweaks, such as fatter laces, a heavy-duty heel pull, and the most stompy chunky outsole possible. All in all, it’s very kick-in-the-door, very “off the wall.”
The Vans Skateboarding x Sneeze Magazine Skate Chukka will be sold exclusively via Sneeze Magazine and at the Dime Store in Montreal, Canada, on January 21, at noon E.S.T.
