805 Beer hosted the world premiere of the 805 Beer documentary, “Convergence,” on Aug. 3, in Huntington Beach at the US Open of Surfing. Special guests joined the subjects Conner Coffin and Nate Tyler, including Tyler Bereman, Ryan “R-Dog” Howard, Jeff “Meatball” Tulinius, Ryan McElmon, Grant Noble, Jesse Willesee, Dave Prodan, Tim Greenberg, Dana Shaw, Nick Firestone, and David Walker. Firestone Walker Brewing Company CMO, Dustin Hinz was on-hand to introduce the film with Conner, Nate, and the film’s director Perry Gershkow.
“Convergence” follows 805 Authenticos and American pro surfers Conner Coffin, Greyson Fletcher and Nate Tyler as they explore their journey of surfing, passion, and life. The film, directed by Perry Gershkow, gives an intimate and personal view into their remarkable and deep-rooted familial connections as well as their successes and challenges across their sport.
