Rusty’s Chips announced today that it has been acquired by Cooper Brands, a Newport Beach-based firm focused on investing in leading consumer brands.

Rusty’s Chips has been producing small batch, hand-made chips in Huntington Beach for almost 40 years.  Besides making our own chips, we also private label chips for several large companies, including Wynn Resorts Las Vegas, Bristol Farms and Foodland (Hawaii).
