Aspen ski brand Obermeyer is bringing in three new executives and promoting three internal leaders to key positions as it approaches its 80th anniversary.
According to a news release:
- Brett Anderson was promoted to chief financial officer.
- Brad Miller was promoted to chief sales officer.
- Meredith Janos is now merchandise manager.
- Michelle Hollingsworth joins as product creative director, where she’ll oversee the brand’s design evolution.
- Garrett Waldron is chief operations officer, helping the company navigate supply chain complexities and scaling challenges.
- Sam Minassian takes on the newly created chief growth officer position.
The announcement follows the appointment of former Mammut North America GM Kris Kuster to CEO in June following the retirement of founder Klaus Obermeyer, who remains in an active role at the company at age 105. Obermeyer is known for its technical and lifestyle skiwear.
“These leaders bring an incredible mix of creativity, operational expertise, and passion for the mountains,” Kuster said in a statement. “Together, they will drive Obermeyer’s vision forward — honoring our Aspen roots while fueling the brand’s evolution for the next 75 years.”
