JOLYN, the performance swimwear and activewear brand built for athletes, today announced the appointment of Natasha Thomsen as Vice President of Global Wholesale. Thomsen brings more than two decades of leadership experience across global sales, merchandising, licensing, and channel expansion for some of the industry’s most recognized surf, swim, and active brands.
Most recently, Thomsen served as Vice President of Sales, Major & Online Accounts at O’Neill, where she drove significant growth across major retailers, expanded key account distribution, elevated brand rankings, and strengthened profitability through exclusive programs and optimized assortments.
Previously, as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Inmocean, she led the global transition of the Hurley Women’s business and oversaw sales and inventory strategies across North America, South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. She expanded key account partnerships, strengthened brand presentation at retail, and supported global merchandising and marketing initiatives.
Thomsen also served as Vice President of Global Sales at Hybrid Apparel, where she launched Hurley Women’s within the Hybrid portfolio and rapidly accelerated the business across major channels. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at Nike/Hurley, where she held multiple senior leadership roles driving women’s global merchandising, category growth, key account strategy, licensing, and channel development.

Thomsen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
