Last December, Erik Joule, who was the Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Design at Quiksilver, left to perform a similar job at Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco. Joule worked at Quiksilver for a little over four years where he helped lead the company’s brand strategy and was highly involved in their eco initiatives.
