Genesco Inc. hiked its guidance for the year due to a robust sales recovery for its flagship Journeys chain. Urban Outfitters also exceeded expectations as Free People and Anthropologie offset continued weakness at the Urban Outfitters banner. The Buckle’s sales were negatively impacted by warm weather, however, sending profits plummeting.
