LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif. (June 30, 2014) – Registration is now open for the SIMA Boot Camp P.M. featuring a presentation from riCardo crespo, Chief Creative Officer with th13teen, a creative-led brand advisory group. The event will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at the Fox Headquarters in Irvine, Calif., from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M.

riCardo crespo is prominent in the design and branding industries as a provocative and creative mind, with previous positions held at 20th Century Fox, Mattel Inc., McCann Erickson and Saatchi & Saatchi. He has continually influenced high-profile brands through integrated strategic plans and one-voice designed communication. crespo will discuss methods for authentically bridging engagement between companies and audiences, focusing on the importance of perception and projection in branding. Attendees will leave with an understanding of branding philosophies that they will be able to use in the workplace, among colleagues, their market, and their personal brand.

The Boot Camp P.M. will offer members an educational platform in a relaxed environment, encouraging industry networking before and after the presentation. Attendees can also enjoy complimentary appetizers and drinks while socializing with industry colleagues.

Registration for the SIMA Boot Camp P.M. is open now at www.regonline.com/simabootcamp. The registration fee for SIMA members and retailers is $45 and $75 for non-SIMA members. The deadline to register is Friday, July 18. All levels of employees from any department who would benefit from the branding discussion and industry networking time are highly encouraged to attend.

In its seventh year, SIMA Boot Camps are educational and intimate seminars that aim to provide valuable business tips and tools to help SIMA member companies improve a variety of daily business operations.
