The day is organized into four tracks. One is tailored for retailers, one is for brands, and two bridge the gap. They include:
- Experiential retail
- Creator economy and consumer behavior trends
- Technology
- Outside variables affecting the industry.
In addition to a welcome address and the four panels, there will be a cocktail reception.
Mike Massey, founder & CEO of Locally, said events like Industry Day are vital to shaping solutions for the industry.
“As both a retailer and an advocate for innovation in the outdoor market, I see immense value in bringing brands and retailers together to address key challenges like channel conflict and evolving brand-retailer dynamics,” Massey said. “Events like this foster the collaboration and forward-thinking necessary to drive sustainable growth and ensure a thriving future for the outdoor community.”
Evin Catlett, global vice president of e-commerce and growth at Skullcandy, said she feeds off the energy and collaboration at events such as Industry Day.
“Innovation starts when passionate people come together to solve the challenges that define our industry and the broader outdoor community,” Catlett said. “This is a great opportunity to discuss the strategies and partnerships that will shape the future for all involved.”
