Doug Thielen was named Senior Director, Brand and Product Marketing Global at Dickies.
Doug worked alongside Sarah Crockett while at REI before heading over to Filson to be the Director of Marketing. His bread and butter is building brands through creating integrated marketing campaigns with deep roots in social and off-line experiences, that bring brands to life to create community. With an educational background supported by ample real-world experience, Doug is a true marketer ready to roll up his sleeves to lead the entire integrated brand and marketing strategy across all avenues to drive brand awareness and revenue for Dickies. His authentic approach blends collaboration, innovation, and creativity in a perfect balance to execute strategic choices in actionable plans.

Hailing from the beautiful state of Washington, it comes as no surprise that his love for Mother Nature runs deep, and his adventurous spirit enjoys exploring the great outdoors at every opportunity. He can often be found in the wild skiing, hiking, or cruising on bikes alongside his wife Hailey and their two daughters, Harper and Blakely.
Doug will begin his journey with Dickies on July 25.
