Legendary world champion surfer, bestselling author, and globally renowned motivational speaker Shaun Tomson will present his acclaimed multi-media keynote, “Surfer’s Code: Stories of Courage and Commitment,” at the South Coast Theater, 162 S Coast Hwy, Laguna Beach, CA, on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 7 PM. Admission is $20 – all proceeds benefit Surfrider Foundation.
Recently honored with the SIMA Lifetime Achievement Award, Tomson shares powerful stories of resilience, commitment and hope—illustrating how the lessons of the sea can inspire courage and purpose in our lives. The presentation is part of Tomson’s Positive Wave Tour – personal empowerment lectures for 50,000 students at 25 schools between Santa Barbara and San Diego.

In today’s broken world we need to bring people together and surfing stories told face to face, heart to heart and soul to soul are the way to do it.”
