What business adjustments has Burton made because of the recession?

We are striving to remain focused and diligent in everything we do, but most importantly to stick to our DNA: hardgoods. We have made the decision not to focus on a couple of product categories and to put resources into our backbone, because when hardgoods are healthy, it trickles down throughout the other categories.
