Leading snow industry association Snowsports Industries America has announced five new board members.
Joining the board of directors are:
- Rachel Grogan-Cook, vice president of global supply chain, Burton Global (chair)
- Erik Anderson, vice president of winter sports equipment, Salomon North America
- Danica Carey, director of marketing operations, Seirus Innovation
- Jennifer McVey, director of North America, Nidecker Group
- Shane Wallace, vice president of global sales, Dakine
Existing board members:
- Pete Labore, CEO, Christy Sports
- Dino Dardano, president, Hestra Gloves (treasurer)
- Chris Licata, CEO, Tecnica Group (first vice chair)

The association also announced it will be hosting its next summit at Sundance Resort, Utah, on March 7.
The SIA Summit Series at Sundance Resort will provide an in-person opportunity to lunch, learn, collaborate, and network with peers across the winter outdoor industry. The Sundance event will feature expert advice, tactical panel discussions, and hands-on workshops that address and help solve the most pressing industry issues, including:

While the events are open to the entire winter outdoor industry, SIA members get special pricing at $99/person and $49 for each additional person from the same member company. Non-members are $249/person. Retailers are free. Here’s a link to register.
